3 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup strawberry puree
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin.

  • Cream butter and sugar.

  • Add eggs and vanilla.

  • Mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk.

  • Fold in mango puree.

  • Fill liners and bake 18 to 22 minutes.

  • Cool completely.

  • Beat butter and powdered sugar for frosting.

  • Add strawberry puree and lemon juice.

  • Frost cupcakes and garnish.
