4 large flour tortillas
1 cup fresh spinach chopped
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Place tortilla in skillet and sprinkle mozzarella on half.
Add spinach, red onion, and feta.
Fold tortilla in half and cook 2 to 3 minutes per side.
