1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon honey or agave
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1/2 teaspoon cumin or smoked paprika (optional)
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl until combined.
