  • 4 oz dark chocolate, chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8×8 pan with parchment.

  • Melt butter and chocolate until smooth. Cool slightly.

  • Whisk eggs and sugars until pale and thick. Add vanilla and salt.

  • Stir in melted chocolate mixture.

  • Sift in flour and cocoa. Fold gently until just combined.

  • Pour into pan and smooth top. Bake 25–30 min.
