Rich, fudgy no-bake brownies made with dates, cocoa, and almond flour for an easy chocolate treat.

1 1/2 cups pitted Medjool dates
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup dark chocolate for topping optional

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

  • Process dates into a sticky paste.

  • Add almond flour, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.

  • Blend until thick and cohesive.

  • Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.

  • Spread melted chocolate on top if desired.

  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before slicing.
