Festive and fun, these Valentine’s Day Oreo Pops are dipped in chocolate and decorated with sprinkles, hearts, and glitter. A no-bake treat perfect for parties and gifting.
15 Oreo cookies
1 1/2 cups white, pink, or milk chocolate chips or candy melts
1–2 tsp coconut oil or shortening (optional)
15 lollipop sticks
Valentine’s Day sprinkles, edible glitter, mini heart candies
Optional: food coloring (oil-based), decorative treat bags and ribbon
Carefully twist Oreos apart, keeping cream on one side.
Dip lollipop stick into melted chocolate and press into cream center. Top with cookie half and let set.
Melt chocolate chips or candy melts in microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds. Add coconut oil if needed.
Dip each Oreo pop into melted chocolate, coat evenly, and let excess drip off.
Decorate immediately with sprinkles or candy hearts.
Place on parchment-lined tray or upright in foam block to set.
Let harden completely before serving or packaging.
Store in airtight container up to 3 days. For clean lines, decorate before the chocolate sets.
