Warm, cheesy dough balls stuffed with mozzarella and baked in a festive Christmas tree shape — brushed with garlic herb butter and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (or biscuit dough)

  • 6 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • Fresh parsley or rosemary, for garnish

  • Optional: marinara or pesto for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Divide dough into 25–30 small pieces.

  • Flatten each, fill with cheese, and seal into a ball.

  • Arrange into a Christmas tree shape on the tray.

  • Mix butter, garlic, and herbs. Brush over dough.

  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.

  • Brush with extra garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and herbs.

  • Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Use mozzarella pearls or string cheese pieces for easy filling.

  • Add red bell pepper for extra festive color.

  • Freeze unbaked for up to 1 month.
