1 lb pizza dough (or biscuit dough)
6 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
¼ cup melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Fresh parsley or rosemary, for garnish
Optional: marinara or pesto for dipping
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Divide dough into 25–30 small pieces.
Flatten each, fill with cheese, and seal into a ball.
Arrange into a Christmas tree shape on the tray.
Mix butter, garlic, and herbs. Brush over dough.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
Brush with extra garlic butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and herbs.
Serve warm with dipping sauces.
