1 cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup unsalted butter
1 ½ cups powdered sugar
2 cups crisped rice cereal
1 cup chocolate chips (optional, for dipping or drizzling)
In a saucepan, melt butter and peanut butter over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth.
Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar until fully combined.
Fold in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
Let cool slightly, then roll into 1-inch balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
Chill for 30 minutes.
