These brownie bite gnomes are whimsical, bite-sized treats made with fudgy brownies, fresh strawberries, and a swirl of frosting for a beard. Perfect for holidays or parties, they’re fun to decorate and even more fun to eat.
12 brownie bites (store-bought or homemade)
12 medium strawberries, hulled
1 cup white frosting or whipped cream
24 candy eyes
12 mini M&M’s or candy pearls (optional)
Decorating gel or icing (optional)
If baking from scratch, prepare brownie batter and bake in mini muffin tins at 350°F for 12–14 minutes. Cool completely.
Wash and hull strawberries. Pat them dry thoroughly.
Pipe or spread frosting around the top of each brownie to form a beard.
Place a strawberry on each brownie as the gnome hat.
Press candy eyes just below the strawberry.
Add a candy nose beneath the eyes, if using.
Chill gnomes in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to set.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
For best results, assemble close to serving time if using whipped cream. Customize with different decorations for seasonal themes.
