4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
2 packs ramen noodles
12 dumplings
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cups bok choy or spinach
2 green onions, sliced
2 soft-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  • Add broth, water, and soy sauce.
  • Simmer to develop flavor.
  • Add dumplings and cook through.
  • Cook noodles separately and drain.
  • Add greens to broth and wilt.
  • Stir in sesame oil and seasoning.
