Strawberry brownie kabobs are an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert made with juicy strawberries, chewy brownie bites, and a chocolate drizzle—all stacked on a skewer for a fun twist.
2 cups fudgy brownies, cut into 1-inch squares
2 cups fresh strawberries, whole or halved
1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
8–10 wooden skewers
Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
Cut brownies into small squares.
Thread one brownie square and one strawberry onto each skewer, repeating the pattern.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the kabobs using a spoon or piping bag.
Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Use firm, chewy brownies for best results. Add marshmallows or other fruit for variety. Store in the fridge for up to 8 hours before serving.
