A hearty slow-cooked casserole with ground beef, potatoes, beans, and a creamy, cheesy sauce.

1 pound ground beef
4 medium potatoes, sliced
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
  • Layer potatoes, beef, beans, and corn in slow cooker.
  • Mix soup and milk, then pour over layers.
  • Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
  • Add cheese during the last 20 minutes.
  • Let rest before serving.
