Layers of chocolate chip cookie dough, Oreo cookies, and rich brownies baked together into one ridiculously delicious bar. Ooey, gooey, and unforgettable.
Cookie Dough Layer:
½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup chocolate chips
Oreo Layer:
16 Oreo cookies (or enough to cover the pan in a single layer)
Brownie Layer:
½ cup melted butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
Optional: ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line and grease a 9×9-inch pan.
Make cookie dough: Cream butter and sugars, add egg and vanilla, then mix in flour, soda, salt, and chips. Spread in pan.
Layer Oreos evenly over cookie dough.
Make brownie batter: Whisk butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, flour, and salt. Fold in chips if using.
Pour brownie batter over Oreos and smooth top.
Bake 35–40 minutes until top is set. Cool completely before slicing.
Chill before slicing for clean bars.
Use boxed mix and pre-made dough for quick version.
Top with flaky sea salt or drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
