Festive no-bake snow globe cheesecake bites with creamy filling, a buttery crust, and magical clear gelatin domes filled with holiday sprinkles and edible decorations.
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
For Gelatin Domes:
2 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
3 tbsp cold water
1/2 cup hot water
Holiday decorations (sprinkles, sugared cranberries, mini candies)
Mix graham crumbs and melted butter. Press into mini muffin tin or cheesecake pan. Chill.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon or pipe filling over crusts. Smooth tops and chill 2 hours.
Soften gelatin in cold water 5 minutes. Dissolve in hot water until clear. Cool slightly.
Pour into dome molds, add decorations, and fill to top. Chill 1–2 hours until set.
Unmold domes and place on top of chilled cheesecake bites.
Serve chilled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
