Ingredients

12 ounces rotini or farfalle pasta
1 1/2 cups peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/4 cup red onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dill
2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then rinse and cool completely.
  • Mix mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and zest in a bowl.
  • Add seasoning and stir well.
  • Toss pasta with dressing until coated.
  • Add peas and red onion, mixing gently.
  • Stir in cheese and herbs.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
