1 batch brownies, cooled and cut into cubes
1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
12 large marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate, melted
Wooden skewers
Cut cooled brownies into 1-inch cubes.
Wash and dry strawberries and remove tops.
Thread brownie, strawberry, and marshmallow onto skewers in repeating pattern.
Arrange kabobs on parchment-lined tray.
Drizzle melted chocolate over top.
Let chocolate set before serving.
Assemble close to serving time for best freshness. Keep refrigerated if not serving immediately.
