Creamy, no-bake tiramisu truffles made with crushed ladyfingers, mascarpone, and espresso. A quick and elegant dessert, perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

2 cups crushed ladyfingers (about 20 cookies)
8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
⅓ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp brewed espresso or strong coffee
1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Unsweetened cocoa powder or melted chocolate for coating

Instructions

  • Crush ladyfingers into fine crumbs.

  • Beat mascarpone, sugar, espresso, liqueur, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Mix in crumbs to form a soft dough.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment-lined tray.

  • Coat in cocoa powder or dip in melted chocolate.

  • Chill for 1 hour before serving.

  • Store in fridge for up to 5 days.

Notes

For kid-friendly version, omit coffee liqueur. Adjust sugar to taste depending on the sweetness of your cookies.
