Ultimate Grilled Balsamic Steak Salad with Creamy Gorgonzola & Sweet Corn featuring tender grilled steak, smoky corn, crisp greens, and tangy cheese.

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds flank or sirloin steak
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar for marinade
2 tablespoons olive oil for marinade
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 ears fresh corn
6 cups mixed greens
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1/4 red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar for dressing
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
3 tablespoons olive oil for dressing

Instructions

  • Whisk marinade ingredients and coat steak. Marinate 30 minutes.

  • Grill steak 4 to 6 minutes per side and rest.

  • Grill corn and remove kernels.

  • Toss greens, tomatoes, onion, and corn with dressing.

  • Slice steak against the grain.

  • Arrange steak over salad and sprinkle with Gorgonzola.
