Fun and festive Valentine’s Day Oreo Pops dipped in chocolate and decorated with colorful sprinkles. Perfect for parties, gifts, or edible crafts with kids.

Ingredients

20 Oreo cookies
12 oz red, pink, or white melting wafers
20 lollipop sticks or paper straws
Assorted Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Optional: 1–2 teaspoons coconut oil (if needed for thinning)

Instructions

  • Twist Oreos open carefully and dip the tip of a lollipop stick in melted chocolate.

  • Press the stick into the cream layer and close the cookie. Let set 10 minutes.

  • Melt chocolate wafers in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add oil if needed.

  • Dip Oreo Pops into chocolate, spinning gently for full coverage.

  • Let excess drip off, then place on wax paper or stand upright.

  • Decorate immediately with sprinkles or drizzle with more chocolate.

  • Allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge until firm.

  • Wrap or display as desired.

Notes

Use different Oreo flavors and melting chocolate for variation.
To avoid cracking, insert sticks gently and don’t force.
